75th Independence Day Celebration
Aralu Rural and Urban Development Society, registered under the Society Registration Act 1960 on 17/12/2014, initiated the Aralu Special School for mentally challenged children in Lakshmeshwar in 2015-16, with official department permission. Beginning with 12 special children, the institute has since expanded its services to cater to 34 mentally challenged children and adults, providing free education and vocational training to empower differently-abled individuals and senior citizens in the community.

Aralu Special School, Lakshmeshwar, proudly organized a DD Distribution Program in collaboration with Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP). Our school actively took part in the exhibition section of the fest. The students showcased a variety of handmade craft items and products prepared through vocational training activities. The displayed items included beautiful home decorative articles, handmade agarbatti (incense sticks), dhoop sticks, creative art and craft materials, and some homemade food products. These items reflected the hard work, creativity, and skill development of our students. Visitors and officials appreciated the quality and presentation of the products. The session began with a simple introduction explaining the benefits of meditation in easy and understandable language. Teachers guided the students through basic breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and short guided meditation practices.
